Baker Tilly in South East Europe has organised at its Nicosia Offices a successful seminar with the cooperation of the Romanian Embassy in Cyprus, on ‘How to Effectively Manage Investments in Romania’.
The seminar was attended by prominent personalities from Cyprus’ business world, who had the opportunity to be informed about tax issues, by qualified personnel on legal and tax services of Baker Tilly in Romania, Mr Andreas Nikiforides and Ms Cerasela Elena Dragos, who arrived in Cyprus, specifically for this seminar. Among other topics, the Legal Framework and Corporate Taxation in Romania, as well as property transfer methods from companies to individuals were presented.
